Known issues on iOS
Dear Feeld community,
Feeld 5.0 Beta, our radically rebuilt and redesigned new app, is now available. If you are experiencing significant issues, including those described below, you are invited to join the private beta before it goes public. Please keep in mind it’s not perfect yet - the beta is a work in progress, and your feedback will be invaluable as we iron out those last few kinks. As is, we have eliminated the majority of ongoing issues, and we hope you’ll find the beta a lighter, more functional and user-friendly experience.
Thank you for sticking with us and please sign up here.
Unable to Login
Please try this workaround:
1.Open up Facebook and go to Settings.
2.Click 'Edit' Contact.
3. Click 'Add another email or phone number'.
4. Add a secondary email you have access to.
5.Check your email for Facebook' message and validate that the email exists.
6. When you click 'Confirm', you'll be taken back to the Settings page. Select the newly added email address as 'primary' and save.
7.Open Feeld and attempt to login using your new primary email.
Connections don't sync
Please log out and back in by going to Settings -> App settings -> Log out. If this doesn't work, you can also try reinstalling the app and restarting your device. Another option is to open your Connections page and leave your phone untouched for ten minutes.
Unable to remove/change profile images - please sign up to Feeld 5.0 Beta and remove/change your profile images there.
If you got disconnected from someone you were talking to, Contact Support. As soon as we can verify that it happened accidentally or because of a glitch, we will restore the Connection.
Please reinstall the app.
Other bugs: We're really sorry for the ongoing issues you're experiencing. We greatly appreciate your patience as we work to get things sorted as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, here are a few quick fixes that can help with some of the glitches:
- Kill the appp
- Re-install the app
- Re-login to your profile
- Re-start your device
Unable to upload new images, receive an error message 'Feeld.FacebookError error 9.'
Fix will be reflected in the next update.
